In person counselling

I offer couples and individual counselling in a private room in Bedford. It is easy to find, with convenient parking and provides a calm, comfortable, confidential space.
Online Sessions

I also offer online counselling, a convenient and relaxing alternative, allowing you to access supportive therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Phone Counselling

Many of my clients prefer discussing their challenges over the phone. With my experience in phone counselling, this method has proven to be extremely beneficial.
-
The first session is free, giving you an opportunity to see if counselling with me feels right for you.
-
Individual sessions are £50, with concessions available for students.
-
Couples sessions are £80.
Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly.
For couples, I also offer the option of monthly sessions.

When I work with couples I offer a non-judgemental space for couples, where both partners are equally valued. My role is to support calm, respectful conversation, helping each person feel heard, understood, and safe to explore concerns in an atmosphere of trust.
I aim to help you feel better as quickly
as possible. I work in a focused,
practical way while still taking the time to
understand you properly.
Many clients notice a sense of relief early on, simply from being heard and starting to make sense of what’s going on.

-
Restlessness – trouble relaxing, feeling tense or not able to sleep
-
Physical symptoms – rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath or stomach ache
-
Difficulty concentrating – not able to focus or easily distracted
After a bereavement and relationship break-up you may feel
-
Sadness or anxiety
-
Irritability or anger – feeling easily frustrated, resentful, or upset
-
Guilt or regret – replaying “what if” thoughts
-
Loss of interest or motivation –
things that once mattered may feel pointless
